Gam-Solar Energy & Engineering Co. Ltd. is a renewable energy company located in The Gambia. The company offers on-the-job training for young people in their area of work and provides guidance and counseling for young people who want to venture into renewal energy.
Gaye Njoro Hair Plus offers trainings in hairbonding, braiding, plaiting, cornrows, micro braids, lacebraids, interlock, design and weave-on using real human hairextensions and lace wigs for women of color. In general, applicants must be adults who are passionate about the course of their choice and will want to pursue a career with it.
Glory Computer and Hair Design Training Institute offers trainings in different areas, including fashion design, hair dressing and information technology. The school is also a partner with Teach a Woman Foundation, which supports young women. The institute admits both grade nine school leavers and school dropouts who are interested in pursuing courses on life skills and computing. Applicants should be able to read and write in English language.
Insight Training Centre is a tertiary training institution that offers trainings in information technology, business management, journalism, architecture, hospitality, plumbing, construction, and others. Applicans are required to have at least six credits or five passes including English Language and Mathematics in WASSCE level. Matured students may undergo an entry exam before they are offered admission.
Kairasu Institute For Technology Vocational Skills Centre offers information technology courses at certificate and diploma levels. It is a nonprofit organization focused on contributing to sustainable development through initiation of projects. Applicants should have completed grade twelve (12) and can read and write in English.
Nurse Assistant Training Centre is an institute that seeks to equip high school graduates with nursing knowledge and skills to better participate in primary health care delivery. Graduates of the program are mostly employed to provide home care for the elderly. Trainings are offered to any high school graduate interested in pursuing a certificate in basic nursing skills.
S and S Institute of Creative Design offers trainings in tailoring, fashion designing, hair dressing, make-up tutorials, and others. Its annex in Brikama offers extra courses such as sales and marketing, construction, customer service and information technology. Applicants can be grade nine (9) shool leavers or grade twelve (12) graduates. In some programs, such as make-up tutorials, there is no educational requirement for admission.
SBEC College offers fast-track and remedial programs for school leavers with deficiencies in English and Mathematics, as well as professional and management courses. The college’s UK qualification course gurantee students a progressive route to top UK Universities. The college offers courses in marketing, public administration, management and others. Applicants must have at least five credits at WASSCE or GCE A levels.
Starfish Skills Centre empowers Gambian girls by providing them with post-secondary education that focuses on service to humanity while at the same time providing international service-learning opportunities for volunteers. The Center’s trainings are targeted at Gambian girls, who are mostly school dropouts or have graduated without a skill.

Marie Bennet Skills Training Center is a training school for catering services, food hygiene, home science and tie-dye and batik. Applicants must be adults who are passionate about obtaining life skills in catering services. They can be either grade twelve (12) graduates or school dropouts, including graduates from Arabic schools/Daras.
Khamsys Technology Ltd is a higher education and executive education provider. It offers courses in information technology, innovation, management and leadership, higher education, event management, and others. Applicants should have at least five credits at WASSCE or GCE A levels.

The Gambia College is a tertiary institution that provides trainings to begginers and middle-level personnel in the areas of education, agriculture and health in its four constituent schools. Applicants are required to have at least four credits at WASSCE level. In some programs, a pass in English Language and Mathematics at WASSCE level is accepted.
Sterling Consortium offers a range of training courses in solar power installation, TV installation, alarm systems, graphic design and others. Sterling Consortium caters to school dropouts, thoes without educational qualifications and any graduate who is interested pursuing a skill in solar and satellite installation.
Chamen Technical Training Center is a skills training center which provides hands-on trainings on solar and satellite installation and other technical trainings. Out-of-school youth are allowed to enroll to enhance their skills.

Startup Incubator Gambia is a non-profit organization that aims to empower young Gambian entrepreneurs to succeed in their careers and businesses. The programe provides services and resources developed by a management team to incubate or accelerate young Gambian entrepreneurs.
